    We provide kitchen & bath cabinets, and closet systems to the Class-A Market Rate channel in growth oriented cities throughout the country and specialize in projects with 150 units or more.  Over the past five years, I've captured 22 projects, totaling 6,300 units worth $29M in sales.

    Multi-Unit Luxury Condominiums

    Our ability to perform in the Multi-Unit Luxury Condo channel separates 1 Source IBP from standard stocking cabinet manufacturers.  Over the past five years, I've captured 14 projects, totaling 1,945 units worth $33M in sales.


    Meet Chris Mediate

    My career in the Interiors industry began in 1986 having worked for many of the industry's leading manufacturers in the Kitchen & Bath channel including Kohler Co, Grohe faucets, and Kraft-Maid cabinets.  My experience spans from Custom Single Family home builders, large national Tract Builders, and the Multifamily Condo and Class-A Rental channel.  I was a member of the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Council for 3 years, and worked with the Top Architectural and Design Firms in New York City as the first AIA representative for Grohe .


    Having entered the Multifamily channel in 2010 in various capacities, I've worked with top national owner-developers and GC's in the Multi-Unit Condo and Class-A Apartment channels across the US, and over the past 6+ years selling cabinets, I've captured 36 projects worth $62 Million Dollars in cabinet sales.
